At YoYo Quality Care, we believe every person deserves to live in a safe, supportive, and home-like environment with dignity and respect. Founded in 2022, our family-oriented home provides compassionate care for older adults and individuals with developmental or physical disabilities.

Our mission is to create a warm and inclusive space where residents feel comfortable and valued. We focus on promoting independence, building trust, and fostering strong relationships between residents, families, and staff.

We follow a person-centered approach that respects each resident’s unique needs and preferences. Through individualized care and meaningful engagement, we help residents live with comfort, confidence, and peace of mind.

Population Served & Admission

YoYo Quality Care is a licensed adult family home that provides daily support in a safe, comfortable, and family-like environment. We serve adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities, physical disabilities, and frail elderly individuals who benefit from personal attention and stability. Our home accommodates up to four residents, allowing us to offer individualized care and build strong, trusting relationships.

We welcome ambulatory residents whose needs can be safely met in our setting. While we are not equipped for skilled nursing or intensive behavioral care, we focus on creating a supportive space where each resident can live with dignity, comfort, and peace of mind. Families and care coordinators are invited to contact us to discuss openings or arrange a visit.

Personal Care & Support

Our team provides compassionate assistance with everyday activities to help each resident live comfortably and confidently. We support personal routines such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility with patience and respect.

Medication administration and health monitoring are part of our daily care to ensure safety and peace of mind. With 24/7 staff supervision, residents receive consistent support while maintaining as much independence as possible.

Health & Wellness

At YoYo Quality Care, we focus on promoting the physical and emotional well-being of every resident. Our trained staff assist with medication management, health monitoring, and coordination with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

We offer support for chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and mobility challenges, as well as wound and skin care within our scope of training. Through nursing oversight and regular communication with medical professionals, we help residents stay healthy, safe, and confident in their daily lives.
